« Amazing campsite and great animation »

« Excellent entertainment in the evenings and plenty of activities during the day. Good accommodation. Helpful staff. We stayed just before the time the camp was closing for the season and found the shop ran out of bread and milk. The nearest toilet block was closed down and the next closest toilet block had a broken soap disperser so no soap was available for the week we were there. The pool is great and the fitness classes are excellent, well run. »

« Our stay was pleasant, however we are extremely disappointed in the poor resolution and response to an issue raised daily regarding no power to our pitch. This prompted me sending a written complaint and weeks later I am still waiting for a response. I can't help but feel if attempts were made to resolve the issue, this would have impacted the completion of this survey more positively. Overall very disappointing service, with a culture of brushing issues under the carpet. »

« The accomodation was good, there where a few power outages during the stay but they tried so hard to fix it. We got a nice gesture for the inconvenience and for that I praise them. I noticed that French guest were having a more benefits than foreign guests. Using the laundry was nice to have. The campingshop had just the neccessary things to buy at a fair price. »

« We.lpve this campsite. It was disappointing the show couldnt go ahead due to staff having sun stroke but not much could be done by that. The toilet amd shower facilities are not great but everything else.was lovely. »

« We had a great time, our second time at Lac des Trois Vallees! During the second week, the temperatures were too hot for our taste (>40C). We're probably going to look for a cooler region next year. »

« Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, nous reviendrons assurément. Nous avons été particulièrement surpris et apprécié la grande qualité des spectacles que nous n’avions jusque-là jamais vu dans un camping. Toute l’équipe d’animation, d’accueil, du bar est au top. La quantité des activités proposées est disponible très bonne, nous avons profité plusieurs fois des kayak paddle et pédalo à disposition, du mini golf, du circuit Cross bmx Une seule suggestion d’amélioration se trouve au niveau des commerces, qui pourrait être bien plus large vu la taille et le standing du camping, notamment avec une vraie boulangerie plutôt qu’un dépôt de pain et un petit traiteur avec par exemple des poulets rôtis etc. Un Bar glacier qui ne serait pas à côté des spectacles seraient aussi apprécié pour pouvoir profiter plus au calme le soir. Mais comme dit au début, c’est pistes d’amélioration n’enlèvent en rien à la grande qualité du camping, notamment pour ses activités et ses spectacles. »

« Places are very good and beautifull with Lots of shade Swimmingpools are nice but needs a Little Reparation, Toiletarea needs to be a lootje bigger Toilets and showend in our street not enough( too many people using this) Cleaning needs to be better( more times a day) Toiletpapier often empty Mobil toilets cleaning should be not in the same area ( snelle like shit very often) »

« This could be one of the best sites in France. The swimming pool is great, the lake and facilities are superb and make this site extra special. Your animation team are the best we have experienced and make the stay magical. HOWEVER, the toilet blocks are sub standard. The block near the reception are ok, but the ones near the lake (pitch b36) were disgusting. They were regularly cleaned but the toilets blocked several times a day which was unpleasant, toilet seats were loose and several showers didn't work. On top of this there was a strong sewage smell, this affected the pitches near to the technical room. When we arrived we were immediately hit by this strong smell and had to cope with it all week. We tried not to use the half of our pitch nearest the technical block but found the smell travelled. We could not sit out round our pitch in comfort. I don't believe you can rent these pitches while this is a problem. Take a look at the sanitary blocks at les trois vallee in the Pyrenees to see the far superior facilities they have and sites like le roche-posay for simple but very nice toilet blocks. Based on the blocks we are sadly unlikely to revisit or recommend the site which is a shame as the rest of your offering is excellent. We shall watch with interest as to whether you refurbish the blocks as then we would come back. »

« Alles was er. Echter ook kon er veel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken of was er onderhoud nodig. Verder kwamen we eigelijk voor het lichtkussen parknop het wager maar die is er niet meer. Toch staaf dese oo de foto's en dat is misleidend »
